  • All orders are made to order, and processing typically takes  3-5 business days before shipping.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
  • If there are any delays due to high order volume, we will notify you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.
  • Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination:

  • Twosistersprints is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the carrier. However, if you experience an issue, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to assist you.

5. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order.
  • If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.

6. International Shipping & Customs

  • For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
