Refund policy

At Twosistersprints, we take pride in creating high-quality, personalized products. Since our items are custom-made, we have specific policies regarding returns and refunds. Please read the details below before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

Because all our products are made to order and personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective.
  • There is an error on our part (e.g., incorrect design, wrong item sent).

If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund. To process this, please provide:

  • A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item.
  • Your order number.
  • A brief description of the issue.

Cancellations & Order Changes

  • Cancellations: We accept order cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. Once production has started, cancellations are not possible.
  • Changes to Orders: If you need to update customization details, please contact us immediately. We can only make changes if the order has not yet been processed.

Refunds

Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:

  • The item was damaged during shipping.
  • We made an error with the order.
  • The package is lost in transit and confirmed by the carrier.

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within  5-7 business days after approval.

Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Personalized items unless they are defective or incorrect.
  • Buyer’s remorse (change of mind after purchase).
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
