1. What types of products do you offer?

At Twosistersprints, we specialize in personalized and custom-made products, including:

Every item is crafted with care to make it as special as the person receiving it.

2. How do I place a custom order?

Placing a custom order is easy! Simply:

  1. Select the product you want.
  2. Provide the necessary customization details (e.g., names, colors, or designs).
  3. Add it to your cart and complete checkout.
    If you have specific requests, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

3. How long does it take to process and ship orders?

  • Processing Time: Orders are made-to-order and typically take  3-5 business days.
  • Shipping Time: Delivery varies based on location and shipping method:
    • Domestic Orders: 3-7 business days
    • International Orders:  7-21 business days
      You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

4. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Since all products are personalized and custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

  • The item arrives damaged.
  • There was an error on our part (wrong item or incorrect customization).
    If you experience an issue, please contact us within  7 days of delivery.

5. Can I cancel or change my order?

  • Cancellations: We accept cancellations within  24 hours of purchase. After that, production begins, and cancellations are not possible.
  • Order Changes: If you need to modify customization details, contact us immediately. Changes can only be made if the order has not been processed yet.

6. How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to track your package’s status.

7. Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?

Yes! If you’re interested in placing a bulk or wholesale order, contact us for pricing and details.

8. What happens if I enter the wrong shipping address?

Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order. If you entered the wrong address:

  • Contact us ASAP to update it (if the order has not yet been shipped).
  • If the package has already shipped, we are not responsible for lost or misdelivered items.

9. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping! Please note that:

  • Shipping times may vary based on customs processing.
  • Customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, duties, or taxes.
